Has 90 Days 90 Ways Worked Its Way Into Your Closet?

I wanted to shout out Stephanie A. She took some inspiration from an earlier post . She turned a skirt and belt into an extremely cute dress. Get it, Steph. Shopaholics unite.

Have you been inspired to dust off an old favorite, get creative with outfits or dress up just because? Share your pictures and stories. I'd love to know how the 90 day 90 ways challenge has worked its way into your life and, most importantly, your closet.

90 Days 90 Ways: Howard Homecoming Edition: Days 80-82

Day 80: Meet me on the Yard. It's going down. Jeans, Yellow Stretchy Tee, African Wrap Top/Tunic and Fake Me Out Riding Boots. I love this top and I love these boots. I love this top because the only other person I know who has it in the US is Nicole. I love these boots because I got them at a street fair and only I paid $4 for these boots. Oh, don't forget the peacock feather accent in my hair.

Change clothes and go. Metallic Repitle Print Dress from Arden B (I'm mad because its on sale now for at least $15 less than I paid) and Black Caged Shoes. And yes, I was hurtin' em.

Day 81: Tried to go on the Yard again. Failed. Stupid rain. Jeans, Black Tee, Black Boots, and Red/Black Plaid Jacket I scooped in Montreal.

When I started this challenge, I had just bought this dress and had to save it for 81 freakin' days. Green/Grey Banded V Neck Dress by Marciano by Guess with the Caged Shoes from last night. *packing requires me to pack less shoes so yes I repeated my go out shoes twice (my feet were not happy)*

Day 82: Jeggings, White Button Up with Interesting Ruffle Detail and Riding Boots. I love jeggings. I also love fall. The colors, the clothes, spiced apple cider....

Day 79

Day 79: Travel Outfit. Jeans, White Top from Express, and Pink Flats from H&M.
*Boots are pictured here because I changed shoes for the plane ride (due to carry on restrictions and my refusal to check luggage..basically its easier to stuff flats in my purse than these boots. )

Days 77-78

Day 77: Grey Skinny Jeans with a Purple Drapey Top, Silver Earrings, Silver 'n' Purple Necklace and Silver Flat Sandals.

Day 78: Tan Dress Pants with a Bright Green Stretch Tee and Green Plaid Vest. Oh and Brown Flats.

Days 75-76

Day 75: Sunday. Did nothing in which an non-workout outfit was worn.

Day 76: Monday. Brown/Black Pleated Skirts (I kinda don't know what color it was). Blue Express Button up. Brown Flats.

Happy Hour time. Light Skinny Jeans with Zipper Detail on the Ankle. Black Tank Top. Sequined Caplet that I got at a street fair in London. Gold Merano flats.

Days 72-74

Day 72: I wore this teal top with the jeans seen in the second outfit for today with my trusty (and with this about of wear soon to be dusty) silver flats from Target.

Costume change: I made a quick change to Iron Fork. If you live in Miami, go to this next year. Food from over 40 restaurants to be sampled, open bar, and live music overlooking downtown for around 30 bucks. Wait, this isn't about food... So anyway, I wore this cream colored, kinda low cut top I picked upp in Montreal (don't clothes sounds cooler when they're purchased
internationally) with the same jeans and red peep-toed pumps.

(Technical Difficulties: Pictures Coming Soon)

Day 73: Random artsy wanna be pick of me in my Black Target Dress with Red Flat Sandals

Day 74: I wore this Batman Tee with Black Flip Flops to study in the library. Oh yeah, and the
jeans you see in the second picture from today. I had to pull a doors-close-at-9pm-left-dance-class-at-830pm move and change in the car into the outfit you see below.

Change clothes and go. Jeans, Gold Wedges and Navy Blue Floral Print Halter that my awesome
godsister for my bday. (Disclaimer: I'm leaving a belly dance show so that's why I'm posed like this.)

Days 69-71

Day 69: Black Knee Lenght Skirt that's probably a hand me down. Black and White Checkered Button Up from Express, Pearl Necklace, Black Hoops and Black Flats (that would wrap around the ankle if I hadn't lost the straps). Cute Therapist day.

Day 70: Brown Super Duper Comfy Pants, Jade Colored Top From Express, Blue and Orange Leather Earrings and My Brown Wedges from Target (See Below)

Day 71: Grey Pants I stole from Granny, Blue Mock Sleeveless Top, Gray Open Wrap Top (I actually have no idea how to describe it, but its comfy and from F21) and Silver Flat Sandals. As I become more comfy at the VA, the outfits reflect it.

Day 68...Final Day of the 30 Day Challenge

Day 68: Wooooooohoooooooooooooooo!!! I made it 30 days without repeating any article of clothing (tops/dresses/pants/shorts/skirts).

Today, I wore an orange Zara dress I got in London (yes, I know Zara is in the US, but its more fun to say I got the dress in London). Gold flats and Orange/Blue Leather earrings that I bought a market in London. One of a kind, but I swear if I ever find that woman's card, I'll share...well maybe.

And yes, that's a shopping bag in my hand.

Now back to our regularly scheduled program. For the next 22 days, I will not repeat an outfit (the combination of clothing, not the items). This is home stretch, ya'll.

Days 65-67

Day 65: Old Navy Dress (yeah, I bought two of them since they were only around 4 bucks) with Target flats and some shell earrings. (Challenge Day 27)

Day 66: In keeping with the challenge, I had to get creative for work. I typically avoid skirts at the hospital, but I must make sacrifices in the name of my shopaholic experiment. Skirt (that I'm sure I got off a clearance rack in high school), black top from F21 and flats. (Challenge Day 28)

Happy Hour!!!!! Animal print high waisted skirt with white tank and red flat sandals. I love this outfit. I usually wear it with red pumps or peeptoes, but wanted to keep it casual this time. I got this skirt from Marshalls for $15.

Day 67: Research calls...even on Saturday morning. At the museum in a black and white patterned skirt with black sleeveless top from Express. I almost broke the challenge this morning. I literally had to go through blog posts to figure out which black top I hadn't worn in the past 29 days.

Game time. Green shorts (it's hot down here) and a stretchy orange top. And before ya'll start calling foul, I once again had to refer to previous posts to make sure I didn't wear the same orange strectchy top (See Day 56). This is a different one. And yes, I have two extremely similar orange top in my dresser. One is bright orange and one is a more muted orange.

Change clothes and go...dancing. Saturday was like an award show. Three costume changes in total. I wore a dress I got from Love Culture. Yes, I've worn it before, but this time I added caged shoes and a bow. I attempted to wear a different dress all together but sans double sided tape, it wasn't gonna work. I love Janet Jackson and would love to be her, but I don't want to relive all her moments.

Days 61-64: Almost Done with the 30 Day Mini-Challenge

Please accept my apologies for the delay in posts. School's kicking my butt.

Day 61: Stayed in the house and did work. Nothing to post.

Day 62: Therapy day. NY & Co Clearance Super Steal Basic Black Dress for $10. Accessorized with Red Pumps (yes, they're from Payless and costs $6 bucks, but Payless carries wide so they're actually more comfy than anything I'll buy from Aldo/Nine West/etc) and pearl necklace and studs. Doesn't this outfit scream empathy and genuine concern (Challenge Day 24)

Day 63: Jeans and White button up from H&M. Brown shoes and accessories (H&M earrings with necklance stolen from my mother). (Challenge Day 25)

Day 64: Grey pants and Banana Republic Mock Turtleneck top in orange. I love this top. Yeah for outlet stores. I wore this with some Black Target flats. I apologize for the pic, but let's just say school is making blogging a bit difficult. (Challenge Day 26)
I'd like to add that this 30 Day Mini Challenge (no repeats of clothing for 30 days...at all) is almost over and I could not be more excited. Don't get me wrong I love a challenge, but getting dressed professionally is rough. Just 4 more days!!!!

Day 60: Only 30 days left to go

Wow. Time is flying. I must admit I now have to refer to my computer to get dressed in the morning (mostly on days requiring professional dress). It's getting harder, but I am definently still enjoying the ride. It's taking a bit of creativity in terms of getting dressed for work, but I'm still doing it.

Day 60: Focus group in the morning. Blue wrap dress with pink lacy top under (I can't have the little boys distracted by my chest). Silver flats, silver dangly (yeah, I said dangly) necklace and some silver leaf-like earrings. (Challenge Day 23)

Change clothes and go...to the UM game. Jeans with paint splatter, Orange UM shirt ($2 Med School Shirt), Silver Sandals, and some cute orange heart earrings (Xmas gift from Cherryn). Go Canes.

Days 57-59: Work and Play

Day 57:
Therapist by Day. Brown Knee Lenght Capris, Green Short Sleeved Button-Up Top from Express, Colorul H&M necklace I bought years ago in NYC, and some brown flats from Target.

Carnivore by Night. Went to Capital Grille to enjoy the last night of Miami Spice. It. Was. Delicious. For another meal like that I would...wait, this is a clothing blog. I wore a short sleeved dress I scooped at Target for 7 bucks. One of those designer does Target and Katie does Target clearance rack moments. I added a black patent leather belt to go with my sky high Aldo black pumps. I also went a little crazy and wore on black slender rectangluar earring with one obtuse triangle earring. I lost their mates and figured why the heck not. (Challenge Day 20)

Day 58: Jeans, Tan Sleeveless top and my H&M flats. To be honest, I wore this outfit so I could wear the shoes. I love the shoes (which truthfully remind me of couch cushions/drapes in someone's grandmother's house) so much that they get their own picture. See. (Challenge Day 21)

Day 59: Another work outfit. I wanted to add a waist belt, but figured it created an hour glass figure that would be over the top in a professional setting. (Challenge Day 22)

This outfit doesn't really count (because its a work out outfit). But I wanted to show everyone I went rock climbing because it's super cool. That's me up top ringing the bell.

Netflix for Clothes???

Texas sent me a link to an article describing a Netflix like service for clothing. Reminds me of J-Hud's character in Sex in the City who feed her need for designer bags on a non-designer budget using a Netflix like service.

Netflix for clothes? I like the concept. Cringe at the hygiene concerns. And yet I am still interested. Check out ThredUp and tell me what you think.

I'm thinking of test driving it for you guys, so let me know your potential interest.
